¿Que Es El Mugen?

El mugen es un editor de juegos de lucha 2d. Tú puedes descargarte el programa y los chars (personajes) que quieras, añadirlos y usarlos y también puedes crear los personajes y escenarios que más te gusten. Todo en este juego es configurable, y con un poco de imaginación y ganas, obtendrás buenos resultados.

¿Cuales son los Requerimientos para poder utilizar MUGEN

Los requerimientos de MUGEN no son muy grandes. pero mientras mas personajes cargues, es mayor el trabajo que tiene que realizar tu computadora. Para jugar MUGEN basta con tener una PENTIUM II con 64 MB en RAM o superior.

El espacio en disco duro va a depender directamente de cuantos personajes quieras instalar. pero no todos los personajes tienen el mismo peso

Bueno aca Modifico con una mejor Explicacion:
Existen Tres tipos de "Versiones" por asi decirlo : La que es compatible con Windows XP Que se ejecuta en una Ventanita que se puede Agrandar Apretando ALT+ENTER: se llamaria WinMugen

Despues esta la version en DOS , que se utiliza para unas maquinas mas antiguas , si tenes alguna pc viejita esta seria tu Opcion

Y por Ultimo los que quieran utilizar Su MUGEN en LINUX Tambien tienen su Version

Bueno muchos a veces se preguntaron como poder hacer para , poder jugar con sus persoanejs favoritos y hacer sus propios juegos

Bueno en realidad esto se Hace con este sencillo simulador o programita uno puede hacer su mismo juego agregando distintos chars(personajes) que se bajan de distintas paginas
Bue un sencillo tuto donde podran agregar Chars hecho por mi

1-Te bajas un char y cuando lo descomprimes vas a ver una carpeta con el nombre del char EJ: Warmachine

2- Mueve la carpeta a la carpeta Chars del MuGen, luego metete en la carpeta DATA Y Selecciona el Archivo select.def
3- busca la siguiente linea

Aqui ingresa el nombre de la carpeta del Char

luego guarda y sal entra a tu mugen y lo veras al char bueno otra cosa es que algunos chars no vienen con la carpeta Creada entonces al descomprimirlo salen muchos archivos diferentes hacemos lo siguiente

1- descomprime el char Con el Programa WinRar EJ : SonGoku y Elige Extraer en "nombre de archivo" en este caso songoku

2-Luego dentro de la carpeta buscas un archivo .def es como un txt y ponle el mismo nombre a la carpeta EJ: vegeta233.def por consiguiente la carpeta se llamara vegeta233 entienden?

Algunos chars no son compatible socn ciertas versiones asi que si no se les bien al 100 % es por que no es muy compatible cone sa version

Screen Packs: esto es como una especie de tema con el cual podemos modificar la apariencia de nuestro Mugen como cambiarlo al estilo Mortal Kombat ,(MK) Dragon Ball, Marvel VS Campcom (MC), Capcom VS SNK, ETC ETC.Tambien ampliar nuestra capacidad de chars hasta 500, 100 , hasta 1000 chars.

Aqui un tuto de como ponerlos:

1- Descomprime el Screen Pack algunos ya vienen divividos en carpetas, Font, Data y Sound lo unico que haces es Sellecionar los archivos de una de esas carpetas y lo mueves a la carpeta EJ DATA o Font

2-Otras maneras es que estan juntos lo que hay que hacer es Mover todos los archivos .fnt a la carpeta FONT , Luego los .mp3 o .midi a la Carpeta SOUND Y Luego los demas a la carpeta DATA si te pide reemplazar obviamente le das que si

Cambiar la RESOLUCION del MUGEN

1- Vayan a la carpeta DATA del mugen , Busquen el Archivo mugen.cfg
2- Abranlo con el Bloc de notas y veran que es un texto con configuraciones
3- Busquen la linea

entonces uno mismo se cre el mugen? es q no lo entiendo muy bien yo me baje de arcana heart pense q era el juego ya listo para jugarlo pero no lo entiendo bien aca unos scan porfa help

Los chars los tienes que crear o descargar (asi como yo lo hago).

Una ves que los descargas deves de seguir los pasos que temenciona Radamanthys22

A. ¿QUE SE SUPONE QUE ES MUGEN?

Mugen es un motor de juego de lucha en 2D creado por Elecbyte en 1999. Desde entonces, se ha desarrollado a grandes alturas. En Mugen, usted puede modificar cada característica y entre otras particulares; Personajes o Chars, Stages o etapas, musica(de varios formatos, también) screenpacks, lifebars, etc. Las posibilidades son casi sin fin.

B. ¿Dónde puedo conseguirlo?

Limpio con el XMUGEN instalado, Por MI XD XShido.
XMUGEN LIMPIO y FUNCIONAL con esta GUIA

C. ¿Cómo la utilizo?

Clikea el archivo de Win/Lin/Dos Mugen, y debe abrirse y usted sabe jugarlo. ¿Parece que apesta cierto? carajo, claro que sí.
Aprendamos cómo hacerlo mejor de una vez.

Capítulo 2: Cómo Hacer MUGEN que funcione

A. Adición de characters

¿Ahora que usted consiguió Mugen, cómo usted agrega
Personajes?

1. Primero, usted encuentra un Personaje. Aquí están cuatro grandes
recursos para esto:

2. Entonces, usted puso sus personajes descargados en "Chars"
la carpeta de su No_limit_winmugen_patch.

3. Entonces, usted va a la carpeta "Data". Abra el archivo de
select.def en él.

¿Usted desea agregar un carácter, correcto? Utilicemos Shin
Gouki como ejemplo.

Recuerde una cosa al agregar caracteres tienen gusto de él: ¡CEL
NOMBRE DE LA CARPETA Y EL NOMBRE DEL ARCHIVO DEL DEF TIENEN QUE SER
IGUAL!

Ex:

Nombre de la carpeta: Nombre del archivo del def de
ShinGouki: Shin Gouki

O

Nombre de la carpeta: Nombre del archivo del def de
Shin Gouki: ShinGouki

= NO.

Nombre de la carpeta:
Name=ShinGouki del archivo del def de ShinGouki
= SÍ.
Archivo .DEF y el nombre de la carpeta, siempre iguales.

Busque esta Linea, y debajo ponga el nombre de la carpeta de su Personaje.

B. Adición de etapas

La adición de etapas es bastante similar a agregar caracteres.

Primero, consiga la etapa, entonces consiguen la etapa en "efectúa"
la carpeta.

Entonces, vaya al select.def según lo demostrado antes. Vaya a:

Ponga debajo de las lineas mencionadas lo siguiente

Salve su archivo select.def y ya estara en el Mugen.

C. Agregando Musica

Vaya al archivo de su Stage.Def del que quiera ponerle musica por supuesto.
Vaya a la seccion que debera verse asi:

Sera llamada KenTheme, y sera un archivo.Mp3.
asegurese de poner el archivo de musica en su folder llamado "sound".
Agregelo de la manera que se vea asi:

255 es muy alto el sonido.

D. Agregando screenpacks

Todavia lo ando tratando de Explicar facilmente.
Pero les sujiero que se descarguen el Mugen con el XMUGEN Screenpack
sostendra muchos mas chars de los que conseguiran en 1año y ya esta
previamente configurado por mi XShido. podran evitarse mucha de la lectura
que ya han hecho. ademas el tuto para instalar chars y estages en el XMUGEN
ya lo puse mas arriva junto con el.Capítulo 3: Otras cosas/Tips y trucos

A. Fabricación de sus propios colores de paletas, ETC

Gracias a ShaqHoward por las imágenes.

Empezemos por como cambiar el color de una Life bar ya que es simple,
Primero, usted consigue la Fighter Factory.

Ahora, utilicemos los lifebars MvC2 para un ejemplo.

Ahora abre el Fighter Factory, Asumiendo que ya lo descargaste.

Ve donde indica el Circulo y presiona Open

Entonces abre el archivo .sff de las lifebars. deberia verse asi

Ahora clikea en el editor de paletas, el icono que parece un paleta.
simplemente cambia los colores y usa los Prehechos o Presets para que obtengas
las mejores combinaciones que van desde Verde hasta Rojo

Una vez hecho esto Salva todo con el nombre que quieras

Ahora cierra el editor de paletas u clikea en Open

Ahora localiza la lifebar que modificaste

Selecconala y clikea en "Save the current image".

Para la edicion de paletas de personajes se utiliza el mismo metodo pero
entiendo que no sera necesario salvar la imagen currente.

B. Cambiando los Stats

Vayan al folder del personaje que quieren editar su estado.
localicen su archivo .cns abranlo con NOtePad.
deberia verse como esto:

FloatPersistIndex = 40 ;reset to 0 between rounds or matches. There are 60 int variables,

C. Arreglando lifebars

algunas lifebars como las de Melty Blood, Guilty Gear XX, etc.
son de muy alta calidad y se veran mal en mugen,
ademas el texto las cubrira por completo.

para arreglar esto vaya al folder de data y abra el archivo mugen.cfg
con NotePad o cualquier otro editor de texto.

una ves en el vaya a:

las lifebars de GGXX/MB, etc deberan verse de manera regular ahora.

D. que es un almacen de Mugen?

Bueno pues mi propia descripcion consiste en lugares donde ponen y coleccionan
personajes para compartir entre todos, como este post y todas las paginas
que tienen listas enormes de chars, en otras palabras cualquier pagina
que no sea la pagina del autor. he puesto esta descripcion ya que la manera
en que el autor original de esta guia lo hizo nos haria quedar como rateros
a nosotros, en ves de fans que compartimos una pasion MuGeN...

Pon Tu Mugen En Castellano

Bueno, en castellano, japonés o como gustes. Sólo tienes que buscar el archivo system.def dentro de la carpeta data o si ya pusiste tu screenpack de Spiderman busca el system.def dentro del fólder de spider. Ábrelo y busca una línea donde ponga:

Aquí traduce lo que quieras de los “menu.itemname.*” que encuentres, y listo.
Ejemplo:

Como Hacer ScreenShots del Mugen, Por MI XD

Manten tu mugen en forma de ventana entonces clikea fuera de el (en tu desktop ) ahora presiona la tecla print screen en tu teclado,
ahora abre paint y presiona ctrl+v y dile que si. hay tines una foto completa de tu desktop. solo recortala y salvala como jpg
el boton en algunos teclados se llama Impr Pant Pet sis

Activar la Inteligencia Artificial de Mugen, Por MI XD
busca esta parte en tu Mugen.cfg

AI.RandomColor = 0 < hay lo dice, en 0 y la pc seleccionara el color por default del personaje que le salga, si le pones 1 cojera un color random, debes saber que algunos colores random de algunos chars estan jodidos o simplemente no tienen mas paletas, la pc al intentar forzar otra paletta te dara un error del mugen en algunos chars. personalmente recomiendo el 0 a menos que tengas todas las paletas de todos los chars provadas XD

Como Descargar Por MegaUpload

Lean detenidamente entonces no tienen que preguntar lo mismo una y otra ves.

Para los Usuarios de Internet Explorer
1- Vayan a www.MegaUpload.Com
2- Descarguen la Barra de Herramientas de MegaUpload e Instalenla. Esta aparecera como Addon en la Pantalla
que les aparece, la que suele decir: Todos los servicios para su Nacion estan Ocupados.
3- Reinicien el Navegador una ves Instalada la MegaUpload ToolBar. Es decir, cierrenlo y vuelvan a abrirlo el IE
4- Si aun asi no pueden entrar a descargar por el Megaupload reinicien su Computador para que los archivos
del sistema de la barra de MegaUpload se familiaricen con los archivos del sistema por Defecto de su
PC al reiniciarse. Eso Deberia Bastar.

Para los Usuarios de Mozilla FireFox
1- Descarguen el Plugging Addon que esta en este Link,
https://addons.mozilla.org/es-ES/firefox/addon/3843
Es simplemente la Barra de MegaUpload que te habilita las descargas por el mismo
pero adaptada al Mozilla Firefox.
2- Reinicien el Navegados, Es Decir, cierren todas las paginas y re Abranlo.
3- En la barra de Herramientas en la Seccion de Herramientas/Tools, Debera Aparecer una Opcion
que diga Megaupload3, Clikeenla entonces Clikeen donde dice Activada.
4- Ahora asegurense de Activar dicha opcion antes de clikear un Link de MegaUpload. Si no les funciona
Incluso al Activar reinicien su computador para que los archivos de la barra se familiaricen con su
Sistema Operativo de manera automatica al reiniciarse. Deberia Bastar.

Para Resolver el problema de 1 Descarga cada X Cantidad de Horas sigan esos pasos:
1- Reinicien la coneccion electrica de su router o Modem, es decir, Desconectalo de la corriente
Electrica para que se apague, Entonces conectale de nuevo. Al hacer esto el router Reiniciara con un
nuevo numero de IP y el megaupload los vera como si fueran una persona diferente.
2- En algunos casos las conecciones de Red (Internet y su configuracion TCP/IP) no estan de manera automatica
es decir, ya tienen algun numero ingresado Ej: 200.2.2.1. Simplemente clikeen en la opcion por encima
de estos numeros, La que dice Configuracion Automatica, y marquenla como tal. asi su router buscara los
numeros al azar y cada ves que le reinicien seran numeros diferentes. Esto funcionara para Ambos Sistemas,
Digase, Internet Explorer o Mozilla FireFox. Suerte y espero aver acabado con esta Discusion
de una ves por todas. Lean todo e Intentenle antes de volver a preguntar lo mismo. Att: XShido.

Para seguir agregando chars despues de ese pequeño inicio busquen esta linea

2-Para Agregar Nuevos Stages o Esenarios a su nuevo XMugen, simplemente descompriman los archivos del mapa
que deberan ser un archivo extension .SFF y otro de extension .DEF dentro del folder nombrado Stages.
entonces copien el nombre de la extension .DEF del esenario en esta parte de su archivo Select.def que ya modificamos previamente en NotePad y Salvamos.

Hace ya un tiempo vi que pusieron el XMugen pero no alcance a bajarle. ahora busque el link y ya murio de infarto.

Instrucciones de Instalacion:
1-Descompriman el Folder dentro de su folder WinMugen/Data/(aqui esta el folder AlphaXMugen)

Hasta el momento lo he probado y parece ser un Mugen bastante limpio y sin errores, me ha dado menos problemas que el ScreenPack de Spiderman y se ve mucha mas chulo tambien XD. Para pasar sus chars a este ScreenPack Simplemente busquen el archivo Select.def que se encuentra dentro del Folder AlphaXMugen y donde dice esto ponganlo con los nombres de sus chars.

me estaba complicando la vida, solo era cambiar los codigos de los background para quitarles todas las transiciones, acabo de terminar mi primer screenpack, es de Tupac Shakur para los fans del Hip Hop estará shido. Los sonidos de fondo son rolaz de Tupac, las barras de energia y sangre son de CVS2 asi como el "Game Over", los sonidos de "fight" y eso son de marvel Vs Capcom 2. tiene espacio para mas de 300 chars, espero lo disfruten.
gracias a todos los que me trataron de ayudar, el credito no es mio la neta, tuve que navegar en varias paginas, no inventé nada solo aprendi a usar los codigos. les prometo que armaré el tutorial.

Dios! te has viciado a saco en google para encontrar todos esos personajes, ah y por cierto los spoiler no los has puesto bien, editalos o le dire a un moderador que lo haga

EDITO: 666_ALAN te respondo aqui para que no me llamen Flooder. La pantalla de seleccion de personajes en Mugen funciona por cuadros y cada cada de estos cuadros corresponde a una linia de texto del archivo Select.def en donde hay escritos los personajes. Ejemplo supongamos un mugen de 5x5(para hacerlo sencillo, tiene muchas mas) y supongamos estos personajes:
Personaje A
Personaje B
Personaje C
Estos ocuparian los 3 primeros cuadros de la primera fila y en el orden en el que estan escritos, es decir A, B, C y asi hasta terminar la fila y luego a la siguiente. Lo que te pasa es que ese mugen no tiene mas espacio, puedes borrar a un personaje k te guste y meter el tuyo pero recomiendo descargarse uno como este, aunque como ves que he resaltado si no pones las linias justas el personaje se decuadra

Exacto y eso es debido que aunque lo pongas como no acepta mas personajes pueden pasar 3 cosas. o no lo has escrito correctamente(se distinguen entre mayusculas o minusculas) o no te sale pero esta(por ejemplo en el isamu si bajas de la 2ª columna contando desde la derecha, al llegar abajo del todo cuando se supone no hay nadie mas bajas de nuevo y te lo encuentras(pero no sale su imagen) y por ultimo puede ser que te quepa en el mugen y que hallas escrito bien el nombre de la carpeta pero si no has puesto al lado del nombre del personaje su archivo def no funcionara. Ejemplo Pepe, stages/Pepe.def (tambien podria ser que no tuviera ese archivo en tal caso tienes que crearlo)

PD: tambien podria que te hayas olvidado de poner la carpeta en chars pero eso lo doy por descartado XD
